Jeremy Harber - Director at Large
Jeremy Harber is a Controller with over 22 years of experience in accounting, working primarily in the insurance, real estate, and healthcare industries. Jeremy is an active CPA and CMA and has been involved with the Orange County chapter of the IMA for over eight years, including the last three as a board member. At work he is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and has overseen multiple corporate accounting and reporting functions including the first-time implementation of technical accounting for ASC 842-Leases and COSO for Sarbanes Oxley.

Partner at Sigma Analytics, LogicInk Business Develpment/Board Advisor, and Co-Founder of SoftwareBots.AI, Don has over 20 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain, Strategic Partnership Marketing, and Global Sales with Coca-Cola and Kimberly Clark Corporation. Don passed the CPA exam (inactive) and has an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Sue Soh - Marketing Director
Sue is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience in the banking and real estate industries. She joined the accounting industry in 2017 as an accounting manager for a large corporation. In this role, she provided financial analysis and reporting to senior management. She also worked on special projects and provided meaningful managerial reports and made continuous improvements to their internal control. Sue is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Option in Accounting, from the California State University, Los Angeles. She is a well-rounded individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
Samila Sadri- CPE Coordinator
Samila is currently a fraud analyst with Financial Partners Credit Union, delivering real-time fraud protection through an AI driven platform and data analysis. Prior to that, Samila was operations manager of a business with twenty years of successful experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, client services, marketing and sales. Samila was Group Operations Manager at Bank of America, resolving customer check forgery claims and mitigating fraud and in her ten years with the bank successfully managed to prevent millions of dollars of losses. Samila has earned her B.S. degree in Computer Science with concentrated focus in Accounting and she is a CTEC registered tax preparer. She has been serving on the board of OCIMA since 2014. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally.
